Freshers of Synthesis Researcher (M. Sc. in organic chemistry), full-time
Responsibility
- Under supervision of senior researchers, design and execute synthesis scheme to create new molecules.
- Demonstrate initiative and ability in troubleshooting experiments and accurate data analysis.
- Effectively collaborate with other members of Synthesis Group and supporting partner lines.
- Present research plan and on-going progress at bi-weekly group meetings.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in organic chemistry.
- Track record of contributions to successful research projects at University in the field of organic chemistry with substantial experience in synthesis of various small organic molecules is highly preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and oral, and highly organized in terms of goal setting and achieving for multiple experiments/tasks.
- Pass examination that test basic knowledge on organic chemistry while an interview.
Research Associates of Synthesis Researcher (M. Sc. or Ph. D. in organic chemistry), full-time
Responsibility
- Under minimal supervision of senior researchers, design and execute synthesis scheme to create new molecules.
- Demonstrate initiative and ability in troubleshooting experiments and accurate data analysis.
- Design new exploring themes under supervision of senior researchers.
- Effectively collaborate with other members of Synthesis Group and supporting partner lines.
- Present research plan and on-going progress at bi-weekly group meetings.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in organic chemistry with 3 to 5 years research experience in an industrial setting or Ph. D. degree in organic chemistry as a fresher.
- Track record of contributions to successful research projects in the field of organic chemistry with substantial experience in synthesis of various small organic molecules is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral, and highly organized in terms of goal setting and achieving for multiple experiments/tasks.
- Pass examination that test knowledge on organic chemistry while an interview.
