About Us
We are a Joint Venture company between OAT Agrio Co., Ltd., Japan and Insecticides (India) Limited. Our Company has a dedicated R&D centre in Chopanki, Rajasthan. The R&D centre is equipped with modern scientific equipment and state of the art infrastructure. A passion for science and innovation exists at the heart of all our employees. We focus on the discovery and development of novel molecules to achieve our purpose – contributing to sustainable agriculture. We leave no stone unturned to make this a reality by investing our culture and infrastructures.
Also, our company has a production unit at 2 KM distance from the R&D centre, where we formulate plant growth regulator (ATONIK). This ATONIK promotes various stages of development of plants including the enhancement of germination and rooting and the development of flower bud. The product with increased yield gives more profit to farmers.

We take great pride in our state-of-the-art facility, which is located on a 4000 square meter site. Our strong belief in teamwork backed by scientific application is our core theme. All of our researchers are involved in research activities in the Synthesis, Analytical, and Biological groups. Our research activities include compound synthesis, molecular design, biological evaluation and field testing. We are committed to create opportunities for cross-disciplinary learning, knowledge sharing and the development of new ideas for all of our researchers.
MD & CEO Message
Our mission is to find seeds for new agrochemical ingredients and propose their development to the parent companies. The new agrochemical ingredients we propose are expected to be innovative compounds with low environmental impact, high safety for humans and animals, and high control efficacy against target pests and weeds, thereby to contribute to stable food production worldwide.
We also have the important mission of acting as a bridge between the parent companies in Japan and India and helping them to promote their products in both countries.
